Do I need a dollar card to pay for NairaHQ?
No. Every plan is priced and billed in naira. Pay with any Nigerian debit card or by bank transfer.
How do my customers pay me?
You record cash and bank-transfer payments against an invoice, including part payments, and NairaHQ keeps track of what is still outstanding on each one.
How do I get my books to my accountant?
Download your profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow as PDFs, or export your data to Excel from Settings, and send them on.
Does it work on my phone?
NairaHQ runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop. There is nothing to install and your data is the same on every device.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your invoices, customers, products and reports to Excel and PDF at any time while your plan is running. If you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, so export anything you want to keep before that date.
Can I run more than one business?
Yes. Business Cloud allows up to 10 companies, Growth Cloud allows up to 30 companies and Premium Cloud is unlimited companies. Switch between them from the same login, each with its own books and reports.
