Your 14-day trial and paying for your plan

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, so you can use NairaHQ fully before you pay anything.

During your trial

  1. The Plans and billing page, with your trial and the days left marked. Click your name at the top right and choose Billing and subscription, or use See plans on your dashboard's trial banner. The Plans & billing page shows your plan, the date your trial ends and the days left.

  2. A plan card on the Plans and billing page, with its Try this plan button marked. You can move to any other plan during the trial at no cost with Try this plan. Your trial end date stays the same.

  3. You do not have to wait for the trial to end to pay. Pay now on your current plan, or Switch and pay now on another, takes you to Paystack. Your paid period starts on the day your trial ends, so you lose none of your free days.

  4. If you decide NairaHQ is not for you, End trial at the bottom of the page ends the trial straight away. Your workspace is locked, your data is kept, and you can pick a plan to unlock it.

When your trial ends

Your workspace is locked until you choose a plan, and NairaHQ takes you to Plans & billing. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends: we keep your data for up to 90 days, so you can choose a plan and carry on where you left off.

  1. On Plans & billing, choose the plan you want. Your trial plan is marked Current plan so you can find it quickly.

  2. NairaHQ takes you to Paystack's secure payment page.

  3. Pay with any method Paystack offers you there, such as card, bank transfer or USSD. For a transfer, send the exact amount shown to the account Paystack gives you.

  4. When Paystack confirms the payment, your plan shows as Active and we email your receipt, with the invoice attached, to your account email address.

A bank transfer can take a little while to confirm. If it has not been confirmed when you come back from Paystack, do not pay again: your plan becomes active on its own once Paystack confirms the payment.

Changing plan later

An upgrade starts straight away once you have paid. A downgrade is booked for the end of your current paid period: you keep your current plan until then and pay nothing today, so you never lose time you have paid for. When that period ends, you renew on the new plan from Plans & billing.

Yearly billing costs the same as ten months of monthly billing.
